Tweet Catcher sends Twitter alerts straight to your Discord server. Add a webhook for the channel you want, connect it to a monitoring task, and alerts will start appearing there. There is no bot to install.

Each alert includes the post and its media. You can ping everyone, a role, or nobody, and send different accounts or types of activity to separate channels.

An optional Discord bot is available if you want approved users to manage tasks without opening the dashboard.
